Now that the kids are older and no longer dress up, I focus more on fun Halloween-themed foods and easy decor updates. And this Simple Bloody Sparkling Wine Cocktail fits perfectly into our new way of celebrating the spooky season.

Simple bloody sparkling wine ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Freixenet Prosecco or your favorite sparkling wine/champagne, chilled
  • Cranberry Juice, chilled

Serving Items:

How to Make Simple Bloody Sparkling Wine Cocktail

Step 1. Fill the champagne flutes about 3/4 of the way full, leaving some space for the syringes.

Step 2. Insert the syringe into the cranberry juice and pull the plunger until it is filled. Repeat this step and make one cranberry juice syringe per each drink being served. Note: 20 ml syringes are used.

Step 3. Place the cranberry juice filled syringes into the champagne. Serve. Let guests know to empty the syringe into the sparkling wine before drinking. Enjoy!

How to make simple bloody sparkling wine cocktails using cranberry juice and prosecco. A fun and effortless Halloween drink for adults.

Ingredients

  • Freixenet prosecco, chilled
  • Cranberry juice, chilled

Serving Supplies

  • 20 ml syringes, plastic
  • champagne flutes or other serving glass, about 9 ounces

Instructions

    1. Fill the champagne flutes with champagne about 3/4 of the way full.
    2. Insert the syringes into the cranberry juice and pull the plunger until each one is filled. Place the filled syringes into the champagne flutes.
    3. Serve, having guests squirt the cranberry juice into the champagne before drinking.

Notes

To make this drink for kids, use Sprite as a substitute for the sparkling wine and Fruit Punch as a substitute for the cranberry juice.
