This was No-bake Matcha Cheesecake recipe was a guest post by Claire, the founder of Sumo Chef. It does take a bit of work, but the recipe turned out great, even without the lady finger crust.

If you missed this year’s solar eclipse, there will be another one on August 8, 2024 that will have a path of totality from Texas to Maine. And if you don’t have your own solar viewing glasses, I shared a simple way to make your own with boxes, tape, paper, and tin foil that will show the shadow image of the eclipse.

If regular soap and water doesn’t clean your sea shells, use muriatic acid. Warning, this requires eye protection and gloves and should be done only by adults.
