This month, I’m sharing a basic Ahi Poke recipe that my dad used to make. The recipe is a basic soy sauce based poke, but feel free to jazz it up by using ponzu, sriracha, or any other ingredients to your liking. Once you have the ahi poke to your liking, it can be spooned over rice or salad greens with edamame, seaweed salad, avocado, etc….
