It’s Saturday and I’m excited to share my final update for my mini front door entry makeover!
Here is a look back at my starting point and what you would have seen coming to my front door. The ‘no soliciting’ sign was hiding the sprinkler system that the builders put right at the front entry and there wasn’t much else in the terms of decorations.
To pretty things up, I set my ‘to do’ list:
- red chair
- potted plants
- cabinet makeover
- front door decoration –Doily Wreath
- new mats
- decor accents
- wood plank sign – changed to DIY rustic mini crate table
- new ‘no solicitor’ sign
The makeover started with this red weathered chair and some new potted plants from Armstrong nurseries.
An updated cabinet replaced the ‘no soliciting’ sign, which made a nicer solution to hide the hideous sprinkler pipes.
Doormats from Target and a new doily wreath was added to the door.
A DIY Rustic Mini Crate Table was added next to the red weathered chair.
Finally a few colored candle holders from World Market, herb jars, my green fountain, and an updated ‘no soliciting’ sign finishes up the makeover.
And now I have a new cheery updated front door!
Will you be doing a mini spring makeover for you home?
That is such a great makeover, and I love how welcoming your entryway is now! Love the sign too!
I love it all Erlene. It’s so cozy and inviting. If I was standing at the door, I’d be tempted to peek inside the cabinet. LoL.
