2017 Bullet Journal Holiday Gift Guide

In the age of all things electronic, it’s funny that bullet journals have become so HOT! A bullet journal is a way to create your own calendar, planner, task list, goal list, and so much more in one book!

Still confused? Watch this bullet journal video.

2017 Bullet Journal Holiday Gift Guide for Teens & Young Adults

Since my oldest daughter is obsessed with bullet journals, I had her pick out items she loves.

2017 Bullet Journal Holiday Gift Guide
  1. Essentials Dot Matrix Notebook, A5 Size  or Lemome Classic Notebook with Pen Loop – These notebooks have little dots on the pages that are used as reference points when decorating the bullet journal.
  2. 20 Piece Bullet Journal Stencils – Can be used to quickly draw boxes, banners, or any other decorative item.
  3. Shuttle Art 50 Colors Dual Tip Art Markers – Color pens are a must to add color to the bullet journal pages.
  4. Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen 2 Pens Set – For those that like to add fancy hand lettering to their bullet journals.
  5. Pilot MR Retro Pop Collection Fountain Pen – Pen for drawing and writing.
  6. Tombow Dual Brush Pen Art Markers – Great for blending colors and fancy colored hand lettering. Dual tips have a flexible thick brush end and a fine tip end for small detail work.
  7. Assorted Tips Bianyo Sketch Series Waterproof Archival Ink Micro Line Pens – Waterproof sketch pens are great for drawing and won’t smudge when being colored in with other pens.
  8. AGU 20 Rolls Washi Tape Set, Decorative Adhesive Tape – Great for adding quick decorative accents to pages. Stickers can be used too.
  9. Westcott 18″ 8ths Beveled Ruler – A must-have to make straight lines or boxes that aren’t available in stencils.
I hope this 2017 Bullet Journal Holiday Gift Guide was helpful in giving you some ideas for a creative teen or young adult. I know both of my girls would love to find these in their stockings.

Ooh fun ideas! I keep thinking of doing a bullet journal, because I love that it allows you to be so creative! I’ll have to check out those stencils.

I’m actually co-hosting a planner related hop starting December 1 if you want to link this post, or any other planner related post!

    Hi Erlene,

I’ve heard about bullet journaling and it sound so fun. Love all your ideas and am adding them to my wishlist. I also have two teenage daughters who are hard to buy for so this may be the perfect idea. Thanks!

Hi Erlene! Could you please remove my link to the teacup exchange? I used a service to link up and it linked to the wrong party! Sorry about that!

Lol…you’re welcome. I had to ask my daughter about it too and I still wasn’t understanding until I found this video. I look at it like a journal of their life that they can keep like a diary too.
