The gummies are dissolved with boiling water and chilled to become a jelly, which is then broken into bite-sized pieces to drink. It’s reminiscent of boba balls, so if you like boba drinks, you’ll enjoy this one.

How to Make Peach Ring Jelly Drink

Peach Puree for Peach Milk

Slice peaches

Step 1. Wash and slice a peach. Note: I’m using nectarines, which are fuzzless peaches!

Tip: Use this technique to make other types of fruit purees to flavor milk. You can also skip the fruit puree if you can buy premade flavored milk to match the flavored fruit gummies that are used.

Step 2. Next, add the sliced peach to a blender with 1/4 cup of water. Blitz until it is smooth and pureed.

Step 3. Finally, add the peach puree to a pot and set to medium-high heat. Mix in 2 to 3 T. of sugar. Bring to a boil, continuously stirring for about 4-5 minutes to slightly thicken. Remove from heat to cool. When the puree is cooled, place it in the refrigerator to chill while the peach ring jelly is prepared.

Putting Together the Peach Ring Jelly and Peach Milk

Making peach milk with peach puree

Step 1. To 1 3/4 cups of milk (I used Lactaid), mix in 3-5 T. (add to your taste) of peach puree. Optional – strain milk to remove any excess puree pulp. I don’t mind the pulp, but I did strain it for my daughter.

Note: Use any leftover peach puree to make more peach milk, add to yogurt, or use any other way you like.

Layer peach ring jelly and peach milk

Step 2. Remove peach jelly from the fridge and gently pour the prepared peach milk over it.

Note: If you want a bit of ‘fizz’, leave some space at the top of the cup and fill with a bit of Sprite or 7up. Best to drink right away as it tends to separate when served this way.

Use a boba straw to break up peach jelly

Step 3. Use a stainless steel boba straw to pierce the jelly. Continue piercing the jelly until all the jelly is broken into pieces that can be sucked through the straw.

FYI – Kids LOVE doing this part. And if you’re serving to guest, you can serve it layered and have the guests break up the jelly.
