Summertime means gardens are full of fruits and vegetables. Our garden is no different and is overflowing with tomatoes…sooooo many tomatoes! I guess it’s a good thing because tomatoes are considered a “Super Food”. In fact, studies suggest that eating tomatoes may help us to reduce the risk of certain cancers and lower cholesterol!

Many of these recipes look awesome, I just more were for me… as with my onion allergies and detest of mayo, it hinders many recipes for me! 🙂
