Have you ever heard the saying, “Life doesn’t have the best timing, but things that are supposed to happen will happen when they are supposed to”? Well, receiving the Complete Care Mouth Rinse and REACH® Complete Care Curve Toothbrush couldn’t have come at a better time.
“Why?”, you ask.
Well, I’ve been suffering from a toothache for almost a week and was always worrying about bits of food getting stuck in my cavity. I finally saw my dentist, but now I’m being referred to a specialist and have to wait AGAIN to get it fixed! Fun times. NOT! Thank goodness my dentist gave me antibiotics, which has helped a lot, but brushing my teeth and keeping my mouth clean was becoming an issue.
Normally, I brush with a sonic brush, but the intense vibrations of it were causing me even more pain. Brushing was becoming uncomfortable and I was avoiding the entire area around my toothache. Thanks to the REACH® Curve Toothbrush*, I was able to manually clean all of my teeth again. The brush felt comfortable in my hand and the 13° angled neck fit the contour of my mouth perfectly. Plus, the 3 angles of the bristles ensured maximum contact with each tooth and around the gum line, which left my teeth squeaky clean…just the way I like it.

Once I was done brushing and flossing, it was time to give my mouth a rinse with the REACH® Complete Care Mouth Rinse. I was really excited to give this a try because no other mouthwash on the market offers the 8-in-1 benefits of this rinse. The bottle states that this rinse can kill bad breath germs, helps prevent gingivitis, reduces plaque, and fights tartar build-up. In addition, it cleans the entire mouth by foaming between the teeth with no alcohol burn.
Unlike traditional mouth rinse bottles, the REACH® Complete Care Mouth Rinse has a convenient built-in toothbrush holder and dosage cup that helps prevent accidental spills. All I had to do was pump to the marked dosage line on the cup and I was ready to swish away. I vigorously swished the rinse in my mouth for 30 seconds and was left with a fresh minty breath.
It did sting my tongue a little, but not as much as my husband’s mouthwash that makes me want to scream. I swear, his mouthwash feels like it’s eating through my flesh, killing every taste bud, and leaves my mouth numb. Not a fun experience.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the REACH® Complete Care Mouth Rinse and REACH® Complete Care Curve Toothbrush. It’s always important to keep my teeth/mouth clean, but even more important with a cavity/toothache. So while life isn’t the best with a toothache, I feel a lot better knowing that I’m able to clean my teeth and entire mouth with both of these products.
What’s your best tip for keeping your teeth/mouth clean?
What a handy little bottle of mouthwash! I love that it has a toothbrush holder on the side and pumps to the correct dosage. I never use the right amount!
I always use Reach toothbrushes, but I haven’t seen this particular mouthwash. I like how it has the cup holder and everything. It seems to be designed to keep everything neat and orderly. I’ll have to look for it. Sorry about your toothache. Hope the specialist is able to get to the “root” of the problem. It had to be said. 🙂
We just bought this tooth brush when we replaced ours recently and LOVE it!! We prefer the mouth rinse instead of the antiseptic mouthwash. It’s that mouthwash which burns my tongue too. BTW, you look so cute brushing your teeth!
