My husband is an avid coffee drinker and makes a hot pot every day. I like hot coffee during the fall and winter, but not so much during the summer. During the summer, I prefer to start the day off with something cool.

5-minute Breakfast Banana Coffee

Recently, I’ve been making a 5-minute breakfast banana coffee in the morning with my husband’s leftover coffee and overripe bananas. I know it’s an unusual combination, but instead of tossing them out, I chill them overnight to make a cup (or two) of this cool drink.

However, I cannot live on coffee alone. Sometimes I need the 25 grams of whole grains and 10 grams of protein in the NEW Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups with my morning coffee to get me going for the day.

#QuakerRealMedleys Walmart Demo

I was introduced to Real Medleys® during a recent visit to Walmart. I was totally blown away. Real Medleys® are a delicious blend of yogurt and multigrain granola with real fruit and crunchy nuts. It’s the first shelf-stable convergence of granola, fruit, and yogurt – all in a single serve cup!

The demo lady showed me how quick and easy it was to prepare a yogurt cup. She simply added COLD milk and stirred. In 2 minutes, the contents turned into a delicious and satisfying cool breakfast treat. I’ve seen nothing like this before! I think it’s great that you can add your own milk when you want yogurt and don’t have to worry about yogurt spoilage in the refrigerator.

If you would like to sample Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups, select stores will be having demos during 8/13 to 8/16. Check to see if your store is on the demo list HERE and get your own “Crunchy. Cool. Yum.” from Quaker®.

Real Medleys Shelf

I was really impressed and decided to bring a few yogurt cups home to eat with my breakfast coffee. I love that the cups are filled with real ingredients that offer quality and convenience. Plus, it doesn’t require turning on the oven to prepare and is served cold, which is the perfect addition to a cool cup of banana coffee.

Quaker Real Medleys Yogurt Cups

It was a little tricky to find the NEW Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups, but I eventually found it in the cereal aisle at Walmart. The yogurt cups come in 3 flavors: Strawberry Almond, Apple Cinnamon, and Raspberry Pecan. I only found two of the flavors and will be checking back for the Raspberry Pecan. Just look for the Real Medleys® label and the milk bottle on the front label to make sure you’re getting the right Quaker® cup product.

You can learn more about Real Medleys® by downloading the Blippar app from your Apple or Android store to scan your package and receive information tutorials on Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups. Also, find out more about Quaker® products by visiting QuakerLove(dot)com.

Stir in cold milk

First, prep the yogurt cup – add milk, stir, and let it sit for 2 minutes. Don’t you just love the a breakfast that you just add cold milk, stir, and eat!? I do.
