Easter is just around the corner, and if you’re a Reese’s Peanut Butter fan like me then you’ll love this fun Easter Peanut Butter Bark. This recipe was put together by using Reese’s peanut butter chips and Reese’s Easter peanut butter eggs along with some bits of Reese’s Pieces to create a sweet and salty snack.
Ingredients and Supplies:
- 7 Reese’s Easter Peanut Butter Eggs
- 1 box Reese’s Pieces
- 1 – 12 oz. bag Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
- Cooking Spray
- Parchment or wax paper
How to Make Reese’s Easter Peanut Butter Egg & Candy Bark
Step 1: Open all the Reese’s Easter peanut butter egg packages that you’ll be using, along with the peanut butter chips bag and Reese’s pieces box. This will make assembly quick and easy. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Step 2: Remove about 1/4 cup of Reese’s Peanut Butter chips and set aside for later. Spray a saucepan with cooking spray and melt the Reese’s Peanut Butter chips over medium heat.
Step 3: Onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet, pour small circles of the melted Reese’s peanut butter chips. Make sure the circles are large enough to fit the Reese’s Easter peanut butter eggs and some Reese’s pieces (about 6-7 cookie-sized circles).
Step 4: Quickly add the Reese’s Easter peanut butter egg to the center of each circle. Then, immediately add Reese’s Pieces and the reserved Reese’s Peanut Chips around each egg before the peanut butter circles harden. Tip: This is a great time to get the kids involved to drop the candies onto the circles. Just make sure they know not to touch the circles.
Step 5: Once the peanut butter circles are decorated, let them completely cool and harden. To speed up the process, pop the baking sheet into the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
This Reese’s Egg Bark recipe is perfect for Easter and a fun activity to do with the family. After all, who doesn’t want to enjoy a little extra Reese’s candy goodness? I hope you give this a try and have a wonderful Easter!
