If you’re like us, game day food can be a serious thing. In fact, the food can be just as important as the game and can make or break the game day vibe. Fortunately, I’ve found that having a great game day menu doesn’t mean I have to slave over a kitchen stove.
Want to know how I create an easy 35-minute game day menu? I just shop at my local Walmart to pick up a few tried and true family favorites: Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage, Ball Park® Hot Dogs, Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Chicken Wyngz, Ball Park® Hot Dog Buns, and a few additional items from the produce section.
When it’s time for game day, I just pop Any’tizers Buffalo Chicken Wyngz into the oven, heat up the Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies Smoked Sausage, and boil the Ball Park Hot Dogs. Then, while everything is cooking, I prep lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles to add to my game day spread.
Finally, I just lay everything out on the table and let everyone loose! What I love about this spread is that there is so much versatility. Not only can my family have regular hot dogs, they can create Any’tizers® Buffalo Chicken Wyngz sandwiches, make mini appetizers, or have a buffalo chicken salad for the low carb lovers. And the best part, this spread only takes about 35-minutes!
