HOME HOLIDAY READY ITEM 1: ECOVACS DEEBOT 900
The first thing I do to get my home holiday ready is to give my home a good cleaning. I started my holiday home cleaning and organizing at the beginning of the month, but the one thing that needs constant daily cleaning are my floors. Since I have an active home with teens and a furry dog, I usually lug out my full size vacuum almost daily to keep the floors decent. Using the ECOVACS app on my phone, I clicked start and the DEEBOT 900 started to map out the room and vacuum the floor. I did have to empty the canister three times and vacuum the room three times due to all of the pine needles, but I was seriously impressed that it picked up the needles and lots of dirt and dust too! I have no doubt that it would easily clean my carpets in one go if I used this for daily maintenance.
Note: The ECOVACS DEEBOT 900 is smart home compatible and syncs with Google Home and Amazon smart home systems. Just give a simple voice command, “DEEBOT, start cleaning” will start the vacuum cleaning.
What I really love about this robotic vacuum is that it’s perfect for daily floor maintenance and helps save me time by allowing me to check off a daily cleaning task. It can even get into areas that my regular vacuum can’t, like under my entertainment center and bed. Oh, and did I mention that since the ECOVACS is controlled through an app, I can even start my cleaning when I’m away from home! I just need to go to the app and click start! I can even tell the ECOVACS to clean the room multiple times if I feel the floors need some extra cleaning care.

Another way I get my home holiday ready is to use candles throughout my house. Candles are a must if I want to set the holiday mood with scent! During the summer, I like to use tropical smells that remind me of the beach.
