Tips for a Successful Christmas Ornament Exchange Party:
Ornament Exchange Party Invitations:

Digital Shop
Visit our digital shop to buy the editable Christmas Ornament Exchange Invitations – available as both printable and digital invitations.
Ornament Rules for Guest:
To ensure that everyone feels included and to keep the holiday spirit alive, set a spending limit for the ornaments. Whether store-bought or homemade, make sure guests stick to the designated budget. This way, everyone can enjoy the exchange without any pressure.
Ornament Theme:
This is optional, but you can also set an ornament theme. For example, only Santa ornaments or humorous ornaments. If you don’t want to set a theme, just let the guests bring any ornament within the specified budget.
How to Play the Ornament Exchange Game:
Here’s how to play! Using the number sheet, place enough numbers for each guest into a bowl. Have each guest pick a number. Choose if the highest or lowest number goes first at picking out one wrapped ornament. They must unwrap the ornament. After that, the next player gets to choose: unwrap a new gift or steal one that’s already opened. If someone’s gift gets snatched, they get to pick a new wrapped gift or steal from someone else (but not the one just taken from them). Keep going until everyone has a gift!

Ornament Exchange Party Decorations:
Create a festive atmosphere by decorating your party space with twinkling lights, ornament garlands, and other Christmas décor. Consider setting up a small Christmas tree for guests to hang their exchanged ornaments to temporarily hang their gifted ornaments on (remind them to take them before they leave).
Note: Printable party signs are included in the Christmas Ornament Exchange Party Bundle.
Ornament-Themed Refreshments:
Serve delicious holiday-themed refreshments such as ornament-shaped cookies on ornament platters, hot cocoa, and eggnog served in ornament cups. You can also ask guests to bring their favorite holiday treats to share too.
Music and Activities:
Set the mood with a holiday playlist filled with classic Christmas tunes. You can also plan activities like ornament decorating stations or a photo booth with holiday props for guests to enjoy.
Hosting a Christmas ornament exchange party is a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday season with your loved ones. Make sure to capture the fun moments with photos and cherish the memories for years to come. Have a holly jolly Christmas! 🎄🎁
