Terms and Conditions for Private Label Rights (PLR) Content
Thank you for your interest in obtaining private label rights content. Below are the terms and conditions for the usage of the content provided under the private label rights agreement:
- Usage Rights:
The buyer of the private label rights content is granted the right to modify, edit, and rebrand the content to suit their specific needs and requirements.
The buyer may use the content for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to blogging, content marketing, and product creation AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE IS MODIFIED AND FOLLOWS THE CANVA TERMS OF USE AND LICENSES.
Note: If using for personal use only, you may print the files as-is as most of the premade files use free Canva graphics. If you are using the FREE CANVA version and there are premium graphics or fonts on the template, you will have to modify the template to use only FREE graphics and fonts. Paid graphics and fonts are marked with a small crown in Canva.
- Prohibited Actions:
The buyer is prohibited from reselling, distributing, or granting sublicense rights to the original PLR content. The content is for the buyer’s use only and may not be offered or shared with others in its original form.
- Attribution:
The buyer does not need to provide attribution to the original author or source of the PLR content when using or distributing the modified versions of the content.
- Liability:
The seller of the private label rights content holds no responsibility for any damages or liabilities that may arise from the buyer’s use or misuse of the content.
- Exclusivity:
The seller retains the right to sell the same content to other parties under different private label rights agreements.
By purchasing and using the private label rights content, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
