Keep cool with this tropical fruit shave ice with coconut pineapple cream. Super tasty and simple to create.
Ingredients
- Block Ice (round block from Hawaiian Shaved Ice Machine)
Toppings
- 1 sliced banana
- 12 grapes
- 1-2 tablespoon shredded sweet coconut
- 1-2 tablespoon chopped walnut
- chopped mango (half of a mango chopped)
Toppings (Optional)
- Jubes (Lychee, Strawberry, or Pandan)
Cream
- 1 13.5 oz. can coconut milk (chilled)
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (chilled or frozen)
- 1 14 oz. can condensed milk
Note
I recommend chilling or freezing the crushed pineapple in an ice cube tray to make it easier to blend. Cream can be kept for up to 3-4 days.
