Smoked Salmon with Pesto Cream Cheese

Easy cold smoked salmon with pesto cream cheese.
- 1 box Ritz® crackers
- 6oz smoked salmon
- 4 Ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1 Small bottle capers
- 1 bunch fresh dill
Do not add too much salmon or it may be too salty.
|Add cream cheese to a bowl and leave out on the countertop for 20 minutes to soften. Add pesto and mix. Spread onto crackers.|
|Add 3-4 capers on crackers. Place a small amount of smoked salmon next to the capers and top with fresh dill.|
