Pulled pork & Ranch slaw appetizer. A great game day or finger food appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 box RITZ® crackers
- 1 -10oz. bag medium cheddar cheese
- 1 box Kansas style pulled pork
- 1 - 10oz. bag slaw mix
- 1 bottle Ranch dressing
Note
- If substituting broccoli slaw in place of regular cabbage slaw, pulse the slaw in a food processor to cut the size of the broccoli slices.
- Keep a close eye on the crackers and cheese as it can burn within a minute under a broiler.
- Crackers can also be baked at 350F until the cheese is melted.
Directions

| Turn on broiler. Line pan with foil. | |

| Warm pork in microwave according to package directions. Set aside. Mix slaw with Ranch dressing. Set aside. | |

| Place crackers on pan, sprinkle cheese on crackers, and top with warm pulled pork. Place under broiler just until cheese is melted - just under a minute per batch. Top with slaw. | |
