An easy no-bake mini caramel apple pie. Can be made ahead and frozen for a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Mini Caramel Apple Pie

  • 1 Package Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 count)
  • 2 Containers Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Light & Fit® Carmel Apple Pie Yogurt
  • 1 bottle Reddi-wip® Original

Mini Caramel Apple Pie (Optional)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Toppings

  • 1 Package mini chocolate chips
  • 1 bottle chocolate syrup
  • 1 bottle caramel syrup
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 Package vanilla granola
  • 1 Package pecans

Note

Pies can be made ahead of time and frozen. If frozen overnight, let it thaw for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Add honey or caramel syrup to the yogurt pie mixture if you prefer a sweeter pie.

Directions

Mini Caramel Apple Pie
Step 1
In a small bowl, add 2 containers Oikos® Light & Fit® Carmel Apple Pie Yogurt, 2 cups Reddi-wip®, and honey (optional). Mix well.
Mini Caramal Apple Pie
Step 2
Add yogurt mix into the mini pie crusts. Place in the freezer for up to 2 hours or serve immediately for a soft pie.
Toppings
Step 3
Top each pie with Reddi-wip® and your favorite toppings. I suggest chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, pecans, vanilla granola, chopped apples, and mini chocolate chips.
