DIY Homemade Strawberry Milk
How to make strawberry concentrate to create homemade strawberry milk. Only three ingredients and milk for a sweet natural strawberry drink.
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 - 1 cups honey (amount depends on sweetness of strawberries)
Note
- Strawberry concentrate can be used over pancakes, ice cream, in soda, and more!
- Makes approximately 3 cups of strawberry concentrate
- 6 - 8 tablespoons creates a thick & creamy milkshake like strawberry milk
- 4-5 tablespoons will create a less intense flavor
Directions
Strawberry Concentrate

Step 1

Add chopped strawberries and water to a small pot over medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Stir and mash the strawberries with a spoon until the strawberries are broken down and liquefied. Remove pot from heat and let cool for 20 minutes. |
Step 2

Stir honey into the cooled strawberry mixture. Add the mixture to a blender and puree until smooth. Rinse the pot used to cook the strawberries and a place a fine mesh strainer over it. Pour the puree into the strainer and use a spoon to push the puree through. Discard the seeds left in the strainer. |
Step 3

Place strained puree in a sealed container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. |
Strawberry Milk

Step 4

Add 6-8 tablespoons to every 1 cup of milk. Stir and enjoy! You'll have a thick and creamy milkshake like strawberry milk. For a less intense flavor, use only 4 - 5 tablespoons.
