Easy homemade furikake recipe using 4 main ingredients. Serve as a rice condiment, sprinkle on popcorn, add to raw fish, and more.
- 2 packets bonito flakes (scant 1/2 cup)
- 4 sheets nori (shredded/ripped into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- 1 - 1 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Store furikake in an airtight container and in a dry place.
|Add all the ingredients, except the sesame seeds into a rocket blender/mini blender. Pulse until the nori is in small pieces. Add the sesame seeds and hand mix. Serve on rice.|
