Keep cool during the summer with this Caramel Macchiato Coffee Jello! Quick and easy to prepare and ready in a few hours.


  • 1 cup International Delight® Caramel Machhiato Iced Coffee
  • 2 cups International Delight® Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar (use up to 3/4 cup if replacing International Delight®Iced Coffee with regular coffee)
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin



  • Use different flavors of International Delight® Iced Coffee to change the flavor.
  • Best served topped with whipped cream.
  • Optional - Use regular coffee to make coffee jello cubes to decorate the top of the caramel macchiato jello or to add to your cold coffee drinks.


Step 1
In a small bowl, add two packets of gelatin and 1 cup cold International Delight® Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee. Stir and let 'bloom' for a few minutes until it begins to thicken.
Step 2
In a small pot over medium low heat, add 2 cups of International Delight® Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee and sugar. Heat till warm and all the sugar has dissolved. Do not let this boil. Turn off the heat and add the gelatin mixture. Stir until the gelatin granules are dissolved.
Step 3
Spoon mixture into serving cups or into one large container. Place in refrigerator to set. Serve with whipped cream.
