Can Witch Hat Cookies Be Made Ahead of Time?

I don’t recommend making these ahead of time as the mini truffle cones tend to get stale or soft. That being said, it’s super fast to put together and should only take 15 – 20 minutes (less if you have helpers). And because these cookies are so easy to make, it’s a great food project to do with kids for spooky season or a Halloween party boredom project.
