It’s one of my go-to recipes when I need a quick meal because the only thing I need to cook is the pasta and everything else can be store bought!

Now, this recipe uses canned chunked chicken, but it can easily be substituted with fresh shredded chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken. Just keep in mind that you may need to adjust the seasonings if using your own chicken.

Oh, and this makes enough to make home lunch meals for the next day. My kids even eat the leftovers for a mini after-school meal. I hope you give this easy pesto chicken pasta a try!
